Once Again, Bush Violates His Own Law

When Bush failed to meet the requirements of his own Military Commisions Act, one of his omissions was to allow prisoners visits from the Red Cross. Perhaps this is because of the ICRC report of how US prisoners are treated, even though it has been kept secret.

The response from the Redgrave family in The London Daily Mail was:

Case Continues Against Rumsfeld in Chicago

On Friday, I contacted the law firm representing Donald Vance in his lawsuit against Rumsfeld in the Northern District of Illinois, the jurisdiction where they both live. They are still "trying to accomplish service" on Rumsfeld.

Lucky for him that his old boss, Gerald Ford passed away in a timely manner:
Rumsfeld was in Ann Arbor while the Sheriff was looking for him back home in Skokie. Conduct yourself accordingly, Mr. Rumfeld: Loevy and Loevy does not let the big fish slip away, and you are looking like one fine catch. Dumpster Divers Needed for EPA Bailout

1545: An ambulance has just come under fire in Ramallah trying to get around IDF tanks and internationals and medical staff were told over a loudspeaker to stay inside the hospital and then the IDF proceeded to open live fire on the hospital. A CBS news television crew was forcibly escorted out of Ramallah by the IDF. As a result, the remaining news crews in the area are concerned that they too may be expelled from the area, a concern which is affecting their ability to cover breaking news to the best of their ability.

Over 50 Oregonians arrived in Columbus GA last night to join the annual protest and vigil at the School of the Americas, uncertain as to whether a permit had been granted for their planned procession. In a late-night email, Eugene activist Donna Frasier reported: "Judge Faircloth granted the permit... saying if the Army needed to be protected from this group of nonviolent people then we really were all in trouble."

Averell Harriman and Bert Walker had gained control over the steamship

thereafter completely dependent on the Anglo-Americans, and became a member
of the Anglo-German Friendship Society. In the 1930-32 drive for a Hitler
dictatorship, Wilhelm Cuno contributed important sums to the Nazi Party.

Trust for which Bush's Union Banking Corp. was the New York office. He was
